“Buy or build in West Asheville? After receiving an inspection report on a 1930s home we decided to look into building instead. We reached out to Andy after seeing some of his previous new construction around Asheville. We emailed him to see if he could work with our budget and within 24 hours we were having a phone conversation. He helped us find land, navigate building plans, and set up the construction loan. He wasn’t pushy and nothing felt forced. Overall the process went very smooth. He was honest from the start about how to stay within budget during the build. He was available during construction and readily on site. We never waited for callbacks. In terms of quality we were happy with the construction and finish.
